Telecommuter Home Office Decoration - Walls, Windows, and Floors

Your home office is your workplace; but, it’s also part of your home. It should contain all the equipment necessary for your work; but, it should also be comfortable. You’ll be spending a lot of hours there. It should help you keep your focus on work; but, it should also be a place in which you enjoy spending time. If at all possible, it should be a separate room, so you can close its door and ignore it when you’re not working.

Have you signed a telecommuting agreement?  Telecommuting agreements can be beneficial to both the employer and you, the employee.  Like any binding contract, telecommuting agreements are often designed to protect the rights and interests of both parties in the case of a future dispute or misunderstanding.
